Science, technology and innovation policies play important roles in boosting research and development, promoting entrepreneurship and building national innovation systems, especially in developing countries. He has authored over 50 papers in domestic and international scientific journals, many monographs and references on policy and management studies, science, technology and innovation policies, and social mobility of S&T human resources. He has chaired many key national-level projects and coordinated dozens of international projects with Ministry of Science and Technology, Vietnam, Rosa Luxemburg Stiftung, Germany, Korea Research Institute (KRI) and many other international organizations.
