His teaching covers essential aspects of property management and real estate, including principles, valuation, maintenance, and operational excellence. He is also Founder and CEO of Saivy, a financial technology platform that connects homeowners, financial institutions, home improvement retailers, and maintenance professionals to empower stakeholders and enhance the homeowner experience. He is a seasoned property management professional with over 17 years of experience in the industry. Throughout his career, Daleik has demonstrated exceptional proficiency in managing a diverse portfolio of properties, including single-family homes, multifamily residences, and community associations.
