Sweet Soul is a heartfelt collection of sweet and savory recipes I've created and gathered over more than 30 years of baking and cooking. My love for the kitchen began at the young age of nine, standing by my mother's side as she baked, while my father cooked and grilled nearby. Those moments in our family kitchen, filled with love, laughter, and the rich flavors of our Creole heritage, sparked a lifelong passion.
