Phil Schneider was a US government geologist and engineer. He had a level 3 security clearance, Rhyolite 38, that allowed him to work at Area 51, Los Alamos and the Dulce base, New Mexico. Phil was involved in the construction of DUMBS, deep underground military bases in the US and worldwide. He also held an important position in NATO, and resigned after attending two classified UN meetings, at a secret underground military base outside New York. Many different topics are covered in this book, including the Philadephia Experiment and the Montauk Project. This was the most secretive project ever undertaken by man. Concerning the 9/11 attack,it is impossible for two planes to destroy the twin towers, which literally turned to dust. Only one type of weapon could do this.
