Arkadi Prokopov is biogerontologist and physician for integrative medicine. He graduated from Moscow Setchenov Medical Academy and worked in biomedical research with divers and astronauts. He holds patents on the application of the Intermittent Hypoxic-Hyperoxic Training (IHHT), publishes in scientific journals and conducts conferences, workshops and seminars on this topic.
