The contributions to the 7 th ECLE Symposium mainly focus on the problem of abstract risk for offenses in commercial criminal cases, discussing both principle and particulars. A special focus is placed on considering victim joint responsibility as well as investment advice and excessive risk assumption. The volume concludes with a discussion of the proposal to institute a corporate criminal act.
