The book looks at current developments in the economics of administrative law in regards to the legislative process, case law, administration and literature. It looks especially at the implementation of EU law in regards to member state law, as well as the protection of basic rights in regards to economic activities. The revision also looks at numerous innovations in regards to economic monitoring laws, such as laws on economic cycles, product safety and the right to information.
