The discourse on corporate liability for human rights violations reveals the complexity of defining the subjective scope of tortious liability. However, it is possible to specify the scope precisely by applying a pluralistic methodological approach. At the same time, this makes it possible to provide ideas for the design of a future liability ordinance for human rights violations.
