For some time now, German commercial courts have been in competition with international state and private conflict resolution mechanisms. Taking into account the needs of international commercial disputes and through an analysis of the most important commercial dispute centres such as London, Singapore or Amsterdam, a concept for the internationalization of the German chambers for commercial matters is developed in order to submit a proposal for a competitive German jurisdiction for commercial matters.
