The articles in this volume were written within the scope of the research carried out at Uwe Scheffler's chair of art and criminal law. They shed light on the points of contact between the freedom of art and interests protected by criminal law. The main goal is to illustrate the constitutional guarantee of artistic freedom but also its limits, and to show how artworks are protected under simple criminal law.
