State-of-the-Art für ein rationelles, schlankes Produktionscontrolling unter Einsatz der Module PP, MM, PS und CO von SAP® ERP.
Am Beispiel eines komplexen flexiblen Fertigungssystems (FFS) wird zunächst die strategische Ausrichtung der Produktionslogistik dargestellt. Die praxisnahe Anwendung von SAP ERP (PP) in der Produktionslogistik wird anhand der Bedarfs-, Termin- und Kapazitätsplanung übersichtlich an einem durchgehenden Praxisfall beschrieben. Der Leser erhält eine Einführung in das Kostenmanagement von Fertigungssystemen mit Hilfe des ERP-Moduls CO. Neu hinzu kommt das Management von Produktionsprojekten. Den Abschluss bildet die nachvollziehbare Entwicklung von Controlling-Reports auf der Basis von SAP® ERP mit Hilfe des Logistik-Informationssystems LIS® von SAP®.
Die dritte Auflage wurde für SAP® ERP (ECC 5.0) aktualisiert sowie um das Kapitel "Controlling von Produktionsprojekten" erweitert. Ferner wurden die Hinweise zum Customizing vertieft.
