This volume deals comprehensively with the question whether it has been possible to strike a reasonable balance of interests in design law. It takes a look at the system as a whole and explains how the different, intermeshed regulatory regimes influence each other. Under design law, the legal practitioners have to comply with a complex methodological framework. The study describes this framework and dispels any misconceptions about it. Dr. Jann Hendrik Cornels hat an der Universität Kiel studiert, dort als wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter gearbeitet und promoviert. Im Anschluss hat er sein Referendariat am Hanseatischen Oberlandesgericht Hamburg begonnen.
