Real estate markets have been strongly impacted by globalization. This textbook analyzes the causes, manifestations, and consequences of globalization in real estate markets, which are characterized by important particularities and differences. In addition, it describes varying structures and patterns in the development of international real estate markets, which result from a variety of socioeconomic factors.
