Is the interdisciplinary phenomenon of the practice of extraterritoriality a legitimate development of the law? How can it be contextualized in current transnationalization and globalization processes? Claudia Kurkin deals with this phenomenon by evaluating Anglo-American literature and develops a methodological approach which makes it possible to connect the practice of extraterritoriality to feasible parameters and to create sustainable law by implementing sustainable development goals.
