This commentary focuses on the Societas Europaea (SE), which is enjoying an increasingly positive reception not only with large corporations, but also amongst small and mid-sized enterprises, particularly in Germany. The commentary on SEBG regulations is expanded on with explanations of specific provisions in the SCEBG and MgVG. This new edition includes the latest legislative reforms, e.g. of the German Temporary Employment Act in 2017.
