It offers assistance in the productive use of printed and electronic resources for developing and investigating research questions. The goal is to enable students to analyze historical texts, voice recordings, and bodies of academic work even at an early stage of their studies. To facilitate this, the book presents various types of linguistic data as well as standards for their use.
