Andreas Weiss does the first comparative study of the ecclesiastical laws of the Free Churches in Germany. In the course of this study he does a systematic review of the ecclesiastical law of the Evangelical-Lutheran Church in Württemberg, the Association of Mennonite Churches in Germany, the Union of Evangelical Free Churches (Baptists) in Germany and the United Methodist Church in Germany.
