The 6th edition of the Staub commentary on the German Commercial Code commenced in 2021 and comprises 17 volumes. With its commentary on §§ 316324a HGB, volume 7 examines the supplementary provisions for share capital companies and certain commercial partnerships. Alongside recent decisions and writings, it takes into account the numerous changes brought about by the FISG and the AReG in particular.
