Gustav Landauer (18701919) is considered an important representative of German-speaking anarchism. This book asks whether Landauer can also be seen as a Jewish intellectual and how he fits into the Jewish cultural history of his time, examining the influence of his upbringing and the appropriated tradition that he perceived as Jewish on his work.
