The present thesis describes the transfer of batch or discontinuously operated reaction processes into corresponding, continuous processes using microreactors. The three final reaction steps of the synthesis of Paullones, a pharmaceutically and biochemically relevant class of molecules, serve as example reactions on the basis of which the topic is examined. The key question this work aims to answer is to what extent reactions are generally suitable for the transfer into a continuous synthesis process, what requirements must be met with regards to their starting materials and products, as well as reaction conditions such as solvents, temperature and auxiliaries and what benefits the continuous reaction must exhibit, so that a transfer from a batch to a continuous process can be regarded as feasible and advantageous

Die vorliegende Arbeit beschreibt den Transfer absatzweise betriebener Reaktionsprozesse in entsprechende, kontinuierliche Prozesse unter der Nutzung von Mikroreaktoren. Als Beispielreaktionen, anhand derer die Betrachtungen erfolgen, dienen die drei abschließenden Reaktionsschritte der Synthese von Paullonen, einer pharmazeutisch und biochemisch relevanten Molekülklasse. Die zentrale Frage der Arbeit ist dabei, inwieweit sich Reaktionen allgemein zur Überführung in einen kontinuierlichen Prozess eignen, welche Voraussetzungen sie hinsichtlich ihrer Edukte und Produkte sowie Reaktionsbedingungen wie Lösungsmitteln, Temperatur und Hilfsstoffen erfüllen müssen und welche Vorteile ein kontinuierlicher Prozess aufweisen muss, damit ein Transfer von einem Batch- in einen kontinuierlichen Prozess als durchführbar und vorteilhaft anzusehen ist.
