Expenditures to achieve the mandated quality of child day care pose an increasing budgetary burden on providers. To remain economically functional, providers have to take a holistic view of cost-related factors. The study addresses this issue and concludes that the broadest options for optimization fall in the area of costs and management strategies for building use.
