This volume contains 201 letters to 46 people that Goethe wrote in the years 1794 and 1795. Along with these are ten preserved outlines for nine letters. 148 additional texts could be deduced. There are also 62 official writings from Goethe. Unlike previous editions, this volume provides corrected and supplemented date information for around one-fifth of the letters.
