Roberto Swazo, PhD, is an associate professor and coordinator of the counselor education program at Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University in Tallahassee, Florida. In addition to teaching, Dr. Swazo is a frequent speaker at professional conferences, and conducts workshops throughout the United States and abroad on multicultural issues and psychobilingual training for schools and mental health agencies.
