Description

ZnO,TiO2 and ZnO:TiO2-x) nanocomposite with various concentration x=(20, 30, 40, 50)% were prepared using chemical spray, hydrothermal deposition method in which the films were deposited on glass slides,p-types porous silicon and Ti foil for high sensitivity vapor ethanol.The surface topography of the films and the porous silicon was studied by using the Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) and the Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM). XRD diffraction showed the appearance of (100) ZnO which has single crystalline with a hexagonal wurtzite while TiO2 has been crystallized in a tetragonal with the preferential orientation of the crystallinity with the prominent (101). The relation between resistance-time show high sensitivity for ZnO,TiO2 and (ZnO:TiO2-x) nanocomposite found to be around (20-80%) at different working temperature.
