Description

Conrad Stevens was a former Marine and a deputy for a small town in Wisconsin. He was close to turning forty and all he wanted in life was a family of his own. Just as he was ready to give up life threw him a curveball.

Allison Rose Hamilton grew up on a horse ranch and after losing her livelihood she took a job caring for the animals in the rodeo. Fearing her past, she lived on the run. That is until she takes a job as a stable person on a horse ranch in a small town in Wisconsin.

When the couple meets it has Allison rethinking her life as Conrad was anxious to make her his forever. Will her past catch up to her? Can she have a life without her past getting in the way?

I am married with 3 grown children. I was raised in Dallas, Texas and have always loved to read and write. I have been married since April of 2001 to my best freind. I have experince loss of my own in my past. My eldest child died in 2006. I am a Christan and am strong in my faith. To me family is important as are freinds and God.
