Der Autor absolvierte nach abgeschlossener Ausbildung zum Informatiostechnischen Assistenten das Informatik Studium im Studiengang Computer-Networking an der Hochschule Furtwangen. Anschließend hat er sich auf den Bereich Business-Intelligence spezialisiert und ist dort aktuell als Berater tätig.
