Vincent J. Salandria, a Philadelphia attorney, was the first person to publish a critique of the Warren Report. He was an intimate and trusted adviser to Jim Garrison, and like Garrison, has always maintained that the assassination of President Kennedy was a CIA operation in which the U.S. national security establishment was fully complicit.
