Description

Millions of vacationers are taking a cruise vacation each year and nearly one-third are senior tourists. This study examines motivations for taking a cruise vacation and the decision making process of this particular segment. Considering the wide-ranging scope of the literature on market segmentation and motivational studies, the purpose of this study is to identify what motivational factors influence the decision making process of elderly people regarding cruise travel.
