Auch die musikalische Karriere von Concetta Franconero, so ihr richtiger Name, kam lange nicht richtig in Fahrt, bis " Who' s Sorry Now?" endlich zum Hit und die adrette und charmante Connie auch in Europa zu einem Star ganz ohne Allüren wurde.
