Rob Robson is a Principal Lecturer at the University of Greenwich Business School, lecturing in strategic management and management consultancy. Rob has been a Chartered Secretary for more than 20 years, and has experience of minute taking, both as a researcher and practitioner. Archana Singh Karki is a lecturer in the field of business management and a director of TMF Training. With over 13 years of experience in communications, public relations, and research and development in the not-for-profit sector, she brings a fresh perspective to training and design in the corporate sector gained from working with a number of international NGOs. She has provided editorial input to many reports and articles and has delivered papers at international congresses, conferences, and workshops. Phil Davis is a director of TMF Training.
