Strong, intelligent, and fearless women who were not afraid to use their power to navigate successfully through a man's world but with femininity and grace. Now, this book is NOT about feminism or feminists because feminists appear to be always trying to prove something to men and to the rest of the world. Women in the United States of America would not have had to waste their time in the 1970's fighting for equal rights, gender equality, and trying to liberate themselves from male domination if they had used their powers and refused to put up with being placed into disadvantaged and subservient positions in life and in society in the first place.Anyway, the short stories toward the end of this book are about amazing, loving, and powerful women and most importantly the men in their lives who loved them.......dearly.
