Hidden in the mountains of his kingdom, King Joel of Regstar discovers a magical city, a town said to appear for just one month every 15 years. Joel takes the princess of Reflection City away to be his bride, but years later its inhabitants come to claim their own. They kidnap Joel's daughter, Donella, and take her to the city where her mother would have reigned. With Donella trapped inside as Reflection City disappears, Joel has no way to save his only child.
