Clarissa Harrys, a Texan from San Antonio, was born in 1990 into a wealthy family of theatrical artists. Due to the countless movements of her parents, Clarissa is forced to change cities and schools often, which does not allow her to cultivate lasting friendships and "take root".
Only in 2007, after graduating from high school, Clarissa decides to continue her studies at the College of Liberal and Fine Arts in her city, freeing herself from the wandering of her family and managing to obtain the Bachelor of Arts in 2011. Not yet satisfied, decides to continue her studies to broaden and deepen the knowledge acquired during the three-year degree, but on the way to the Master the arrival of her splendid creature - Hellen - stops her for a while ... This is the period in which Clarissa begins to take an interest in sleep disorders in children: using her humanistic knowledge, her imagination and the relaxation techniques that have always fascinated her, she gives life to her first book of stories and meditation for children, adding at the end a story that he hopes it will be useful to those parents who want to face and discuss peacefully and without embarrassment about the very serious problem of child molestation. Encouraged by the compliments received for her first experience as a writer, Clarissa writes the second book of stories aimed at adults, "guiding" them with suggestions, images and relaxation techniques towards a healthy, beneficial restful sleep...
