School bag contains Notebook, books, diaries, pen, remover, colors, markers, sheets. Teachers deliver lectures by writing on board, creating diaries, making paper student activities, checking exam sheets, evaluating assignments and reviewing parents feedback from daily diary. Admin register each student and teacher manually, add courses and create schedules. Parent needs to know children progress. Students carry HEAVY BAGS causing them exhausted in class rooms, teacher has bundle of copies and assignment to check resulting unfair grading, parent has no idea of children's progress by only diary, admin maintains the class schedule manually. However it COSTS too much for the printing papers and purchasing all stuff. Education must use technology for rapid and sharp learning in a feasible & less expensive environment for learning and making easy for every class of people to study. An innovation of UBIQUITOUS SYSTEM for students, teachers, admin and parents having PAPER FREE ELECTRONIC BAG SYSTEM. An overcome for fatigue in the institute for carrying heavy bags. Fast access communication between school system for learning, complaining, class scheduling and evaluation of examination.
