Jordie is book 2 in the Other Dimension stories of which Siankseys Snake is book 1 but it can be read as a stand-alone story After seeing two of his friends disappear into the Dimension of Wood, Wind and Water Senior Sgt. Harry Knott comes under the scrutiny of the World Security Agency. Their interest in him combined with the bumbling actions of a news at all costs journalist sees him banished into the other dimension where he becomes a Wraitha flesh and blood person during the night but only a gas during the day.
