Mobile Communications

This book constitutes the refereed post-proceedings of the 7th CMDA International Conference, CIC 2002, held in Seoul, Korea, in October/November 2002. The 52 revised full papers presented were carefully selected during two rounds of reviewing and post-conference improvements from 140 conference presentations.
